RETAINER AND PAYMENT

For Individual/Branding/Engagement sessions, CAD113 of a non-refundable retainer is required to book a date for your photoshoot.

For Model Test/Minimalistic Maternity sessions, CAD170 of a non-refundable retainer is required to book a studio for your photoshoot.

For the Customized Package, 30% of the agreed price as a retainer is required to secure the date.

The rest amount is due on the day of the photoshoot.

If the rescheduling is necessary due to inclement weather, illness, or personal or family emergency, the new session date will be scheduled one time as soon as possible. No refund of the retainer will be provided.

Please note that for Premium Individual/Model Test/Minimalistic Maternity sessions separate conditions will apply, as I use the retainer to book the studio. The studios have their own rules of cancellation and I cannot guarantee that the studio will not charge a fee for cancellations/rescheduling of the session.

If I am unable to perform the required work on the day of the session/event, due to illness, personal or family emergency, a full refund of the retainer will be provided to you within 3 days of the scheduled photoshoot.

RETOUCHED PHOTOS

The retouched photos will be ready according to the timeline agreed in the package. When you selected all the photos for retouching, please leave your special comments for retouching. Please note that only two changes can be made to each photo for free (after the final retouched photos are delivered and reviewed by you).

I will make the relevant changes within 1-3 business days.

Additional changes (that are over the two changes mentioned above) are paid separately.

TIMELINE

For Individual/Premium Individual/Minimalistic Maternity/Branding/Model Test Packages, you will receive a gallery with all good unedited pictures 7 days after the photoshoot day. You will have time to finalize the list of favourite photos that you want to be edited. Once finalized the list, the final edited photos from the session will be ready in 14 days.

For Engagement/Maternity Packages, You will receive a gallery with edited pictures in 21 days after the photoshoot day.

URGENT DELIVERY OF THE FINAL PHOTOS

If you want the photos to be urgently done, please let me know the requested timeline for the project.

I will calculate the extra fee for urgent delivery.
